Exchange Students

If you want to study abroad at Grenoble IAE (UGA) as part of a student exchange program, please find below  information about application process and the steps to prepare your stay in Grenoble.

Step 1 : Nomination

Contact your international relations departement to make sure that Grenoble IAE has a valid exchange program with your home university and to find how to apply for Grenoble IAE.
Your home institution nominates you and inform us.

Step 2: Application

Once your home university has nominated you, Grenoble IAE will send you a link to an online application form.
Consult the list of courses offered to exchange students at Grenoble IAE.
Undergraduate - Graduate
 
An acceptance or refusal letter will be sent before the 10th of June.

Step 3: Registration

Your final registration both at IAE Grenoble and for classes will take place once you have arrived in Grenoble. You will receive your student ID card, login & password for campus WiFi, online student resources etc.

The list of the necessary documents to finalize your registration will be sent by email in June.

Please note: You will need to provide a learning agreement at the time of your application

Step 4: Prepare your stay

 ISSO (International Students and Scholar Office) is available to help you plan your stay in Grenoble.
