Grenoble IAE - INP welcomes its new 3d year bachelors and 1st year Master’s and international students to the new academic year on Monday, September 4, 2023.

Schedule for Monday, September 4, 2023

Morning: Institutional ceremony

Venue: Université Grenoble Alpes gymnasium - next to the swimming pool (430 Rue de la Passerelle, 38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères)

  • 09:15 - 09:30: Welcome 3d year bachelors and 1st year Master’s students and international students and distribution of the 2023-2024 edition official t-shirt
  • 09:30 - 10:00: Opening of doors and seating in the stands
  • 10:00 - 11:25: Welcome speech from the Director, presentation of the school, services and other practical information to get your year off to a good start.
  • 11:25 - 11:45: Presentation of the school associations and major events not to be missed
  • 11:45 - 12:00: Back-to-school survey
  • 12:00 - 12:15 short walk to the Grenoble IAE building. See the itinerary

Noon: Lunch and entertainment by Grenoble IAE student associations

Location: Grenoble IAE building, parvis side (525 Avenue Centrale, 38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères)

  • 12h15 - 14h00: 
    • Musical welcome
    • Pizza party! Bring your own bottle of water
    • Meet the associations and find out about the opportunities to participate in the associative life
    • Take a photo with the mascot to immortalize the moment.

Afternoon: back to school

  • 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Check the e-mail sent by the school to find out the time and place of your first day of classes.
